LIS-1-04 |
LIS-1 gas meter is one of the tachometric devices,
that lacks the friction of the fixed parts due to the rotation of
the movable component in gas bearings. The gas flow causes the rotation
of the movable component of the transducer, the speed of which is
in proportion with the gas volume flowing through the gas meter.
The secondary transducer takes measurement of the transducer speed
of rotation, processes the data using a special algorithm and displays
the results of measurements.
The following modifications of the gas meters are under manufacture:
- LIS-1-01 – is equipped with matrix LED display, a magnet
automatic sensor and Hall sensors;
- LIS-1-02 – is equipped with an LCD display, a magnet automatic
sensor and Hall sensors;
- LIS-1-03- is equipped with an LCD display, automatic sensor
optically coupled isolator, gas prepayment system, lock valve;
- The gas prepayment system of LIS-1-04 model includes the
meter reader from external transmitter – smart card that is connected
with the electronic meter reader. The gas line is operated only
after prepayment.

The present gas meter possesses the following advantages in front
of the mostly spread in Russia diaphragm-type gas meter:
- noiselessness;
- no restrictions on the daily consumption;
- no correction on the measured gas temperature is necessary;
- the overall dimensions are three times less; the weight
is 2 times less;
- easy to install – to be installed into a pipe straight
run through the fittings making the gas meter set, the versions
include gas supply from the left or from the right;
- pneumatic shocks insensitivity;
- no static electricity accumulation, explosion proof;
- no stripping of the gas meter down is necessary for cleaning;
- no changing parts are necessary during the regular inspection,
only adjustment of the electronics;
- possibility of the data transfer to the centralized accounting
centre.
Along with the gas meters, the SI-400M devices for meter calibration
are available for regional delivery. The devices are equipped with
PC, interface boards, software, LIS-1 standard meter with relative
error limit ±0.5%.
Our enterprise was awarded with the Silver medal and Diploma
for the LIS-1 tachometric pulse gas meter at the 31st International
Exhibition of Inventions, New Techniques and Products, that took
place in Geneva, Switzerland, 9-13
